Does youtubehack support youtube videos only?
Nope. It support many video sites. Please refer to the news on the front page to see the list of supported sites. Click "Show news" to see it.

What's the file output detail info?
All videos/music converted into the following:
Video
320x240 video dimension | 500 bit/s video bitrate | 56 bit/s audio bitrate | 22050Hz audio frequency
Audio
56 bit/s audio bitrage | 22050Hz audio frequency | Stereo
Probably I will add a new feature where you can change this setting.

Why it takes so long to get it done?
Well, it takes long time if many visitor use the converter at the same time. The network also not pretty good sometimes, and sometimes the server is just fucked up. You can see the server status on the front page.
For your information, Youtube has a pretty lame speed, while Dailymotion is the best. So if you find 2 same videos on both site and want to download it, I suggest you to use Dailymotion. It will be processed much faster (and I think they have better video quality as well).

Why only Youtube videos that has author name, thumbnail, and etc? And why youtubehack has more features for youtube videos than the others?
Because youtube has so called API(Application Programming Interface), and they are well organized. This enables developers to use their API to make applications using their video/system. As far as I know other video sites don't have this thing yet. Please let me know if I'm wrong.

I converted/downloaded a video some time ago, and I still have the link. Now I want to re-download it and the file is not there anymore
I keep monitor the storage capacity. If it's full I will remove some of the media files manually. Usually the file will be removed after more than 2 weeks.
